John McInerney is a seasoned real estate professional with decades of experience across development, banking, and capital markets. His background spans the full lifecycle of real estate—from predevelopment and entitlement through construction, financing, and asset execution—giving him a comprehensive understanding of project feasibility and risk.

Before joining iCross Capital, John served as Senior Vice President at Chatham Development, where he oversaw acquisitions, underwriting, and project management for largescale residential and mixeduse developments. His prior experience also includes senior roles in commercial real estate banking, where he evaluated credit, structured loans, and managed institutional relationships.

At iCross, John leads Investment and Acquisition activities, focusing on sourcing, analyzing, and structuring opportunities that align with the firm’s development strategy. He contributes to transaction screening, due diligence, and investment committee materials, bringing seasoned judgment and a developmentdriven perspective to the evaluation of complex deals.
