Emma Zhao serves as Controller at iCross Capital, overseeing the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control framework. She manages the preparation of GAAPcompliant financial statements, maintains the general ledger, and ensures accurate loanlevel and portfoliolevel accounting across the firm’s development and lending activities.

Emma is responsible for implementing and monitoring accounting policies, coordinating audits, and supporting regulatory and investor reporting. She works closely with the Director of Finance and senior leadership to maintain financial integrity, strengthen operational controls, and ensure timely, accurate financial information for decisionmaking.
